14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@naturaorigin.eu with your order number; you can use the model withdrawal form in our Terms & conditions.
How returns work
- We will reply with the return address.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. You bear the direct cost of the return.
- We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, using your original payment method. We may wait until the goods are back or you have shown that you sent them.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened (for example opened bottles) are excluded from withdrawal.
Damaged or defective products
Your statutory rights for defective goods apply (legal guarantee of 24 months for consumers). Contact us as soon as possible at info@naturaorigin.eu with your order number and photos, and we will find a solution.
