What we process and why
Visiting the website. To deliver the website and keep it secure, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
Writing to us. If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message, in order to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence as long as needed to handle your request.
Orders. When you place an order we process your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give it, the products ordered and the payment status, in order to perform the contract and deliver your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep order and invoicing records for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Customer accounts are not required to order.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the data needed for the payment, such as your name, email, billing address and payment details, and may use them to prevent fraud. We do not receive or store your full card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Fulfilment and delivery. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner Ancient Wisdom s.r.o. (Slovakia), which receives your name, delivery address, the ordered products and, where needed for delivery, your email address and phone number. The parcel carrier receives the data needed for delivery.
Order emails. We send emails that are necessary for your order (confirmation and order updates). We do not send newsletters.

Who receives your data
Our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, processes data on our behalf to run the website and our mailbox. For orders, data is shared with Stripe (payment), Ancient Wisdom s.r.o. (fulfilment) and the carrier, as described above. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and, where it applies, ask for data portability. To use these rights, write to info@naturaorigin.eu.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
