We deliver to the following countries. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order and shown in the cart before you pay.

We do not currently deliver to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores, Cyprus, Malta, French overseas territories or countries outside the list above. Orders over 5 kg cannot be placed online; please contact us at info@naturaorigin.eu.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched from a warehouse in the EU. We deliver without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of the order confirmation. You will receive an email when your order has been confirmed.
Handmade pieces from Nepal
Some unique handmade pieces are not yet available to order online. Their product page says so; contact us at info@naturaorigin.eu if you are interested.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@naturaorigin.eu with photos of the parcel and the product.
